Understanding the importance of cost effectiveness and based on the current scope of the program, Hello! California
would like to offer the following complimentary services and concessions for the NAFSA 2025 program.

(2) One-Way Sedan Transfers from Airport for pre planning team for site visit Value of $300.00
Complimentary Site Visit Transportation and 1 meal for pre planning team during
site visit in San Dan Diego Value of $1,000.00

Complimentary Welcome Reception Band/ Entertainment Credit of up to $5,000.00

Décor/ Entertainment Credit to use for Closing Reception based on current budget Credit of $4,000.00

(4) Hours Total of Photography Credit to be used at each reception (2 hours for Value of $2,200.00
welcome and 2 hours for closing reception)
24/7 Dedicated Account Manager Value of $4,500.00

Program Rebate – Overall Spend $50,000 - $199,999 for San Diego 2% Rebate

Program Rebate – Overall Spend $200,000+ for San Diego 3% Rebate

Total Value of Complimentary Services & Concessions Value of $17,000.00 ++

Multi Year Rebate Concession
If awarded both San Diego and Los Angeles (So Cal programs) with a minimum 4% Rebate
spend of $300k (minimum spend between both destinations)
3% + 2% for additional
If awarded San Diego + Los Angeles and Orlando or Washington DC with a minimum
spend of $475k (minimum spend total between all destinations) non bid project = 5%
rebate
