Hello! California Destination Management is not certified as a minority or woman-owned
business. However, we prioritize the engagement of both minority and women-owned businesses
in the delivery of our services. While some of these businesses are certified, others are self-
reported and have not undergone formal certification. A selection of these businesses is provided
below, though our supplier roster is continuously evolving to meet the diverse needs of our clients
and incorporate certified quality providers within our marketplace.

Should Hello! be selected as the official Destination Management Services partner for the
Gaylord Pacific Resort, we are committed to optimizing the use of minority and women-owned
businesses. We will also diligently report our annual expenditures with these companies. It is
challenging to predict the exact dollar impact annually, given the broad range of services we
offer (such as Transportation, Theme Décor, Entertainment, Tours, etc.), and the fluctuating mix of
business influenced by the needs of individual client programs.
