Shuttle Location: North Valet

Notes:

• Near Bell Desk and Hotel Registration (for ease of check in and luggage delivery).
• Shared drop-off & pick-up with Rideshare; can congested with vehicles.
• Can only actively load/unload 2-3 buses at a time; room to stage 1-2 additional buses only.
• Bus Doors facing away from Entrance. Guests will have to walk in front of buses to access hotel.
• Recommend directional staff at walkway and glass doors into building to assist guests.

Shuttle Location: South Entrance

Notes:
• Near hotel’s meeting space (easier for departures from meetings and potential luggage storage room)
• Furthest from Hotel Registration/Bell Desk
• Entrance is on public road, will require permit from the city and Metro Police for Traffic Control (additional
charges will apply).
• Entrance is not as busy North Valet.
