Fine Points
• Hello! Destination Management rates do not include a fuel surcharge. Based on current market conditions a fuel
surcharge may be added to the final invoice.
• Costs are not applicable for airport transfers.
• Food and beverages on vehicles are allowed on a pre-arranged basis only. Please discuss details with your
Account Executive.
• Any specialty vehicle and/or staff requests (such as ADA vehicles) will be researched and fulfilled if
available. Additional costs may be incurred.
• Client to be billed for contracted hours or actual hours of service (for both transportation and staff), whichever
is greater.
• Hello! Las Vegas will work alongside Allegiant Stadium to coordinate exact drop-off location and pick-up
locations, as well as additional transportation logistics.
• All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
