Our Process with Maritz Global Events
Discovery
Our team will consult with you to identify your goals and our suggested solutions for
achieving them.
Complimentary Deliverables
We will propose our initial recommendations based on your stated goals defined
during the discovery process. Subsequently, we will provide a revised proposal
incorporating your feedback to ensure our mutual visions for achieving your program
goals align.
Agreement to Proceed
Should our efforts meet with your approval and you wish to move forward, we will
issue a Contract of Services detailing:
• Attachment A – Initial estimate of specific program requirements
• An initial deposit based on the estimated scope of the program
Final Program Details
Once you have made final decisions concerning your desired services, we will issue
a revised Attachment A and Contract of Services:
• Detailing the services and associated program charges
• Remainder of 70% deposit due 45 days from program start date
