group with expert service. Whether you need help supplementing your own team or just assuming responsibility for
specific tasks, we will provide the most professional staff to accommodate you and ensure an unforgettable
experience for your guests.

Experience Inclusions
Experienced, Hello! Destination Management uniformed staff can provide any of the following:
• Assist guests with program information
• Directional and guest services
• Registration support
• Assembly support (i.e., badges, gift bags)
• Additional administrative and program support duties

Hospitality Staff Costs

$58.50 per hour, per staff
Hello! Destination Management Staff (based on a minimum of five consecutive
hours of service)

Hotel Parking $45.00 per staff, plus 6.5% sales tax

Availability

Hospitality staff are not on hold and subject to availability until contracted.

Fine Points
• Hospitality staff uniform includes: purple polo shirt, black pants or shorts, fully enclosed sneakers or loafers,
and name badge.
• Hospitality staff can wear the client’s uniform or business attire if requested.
• Bilingual staff assistance is quoted upon request.
• Any further tasks can be requested with your Hello! Destination Management Account Executive and will be
researched and fulfilled if available.
• All inclusions, prices, and policies are subject to change until contracted
