and all of the finishing touches are in place, only one small detail has
to be considered. Following are just a few of the many photographic
services Hello! Destination Management has to offer to help make
your meeting more memorable. There is a three-hour consecutive
minimum for all photographers.

Photography Costs

Documentation Photographer – minimum booking of three consecutive hours required $290.00 per hour*

Headshot Photographer – minimum booking of three consecutive hours required $290.00 per hour*

Expedited USB – shipped 3-5 business days following event (U.S. addresses only) $225.00*

USB On-Site $325.00*

Secure Single User $160.00*
