Key Points:
• Client is responsible for all event related storage, warehouse or receiving fees charged by the host hotel

• All post programs drop ships are required to be finalized within 14 days of the close of event.
• Client is responsible for any items that cannot be returned. All remaining items will be distributed to client
at the conclusion of the event.
• Client provides necessary hotel rooms for attendants at the host hotel.
• If host hotel is at capacity, alternative accommodations must be approved 14 days before the event.
• Client covers staff transportation to and from the hotel and airport.
• Styles and colors are subject to availability.
