This tour features hands-on experiences at the production facilities of two
of Nashville's most iconic brands.

Your adventure begins at Hatch Show Print, Nashville’s iconic letterpress
shop. During your tour you will view a century-and-a-half’s worth of
brilliantly colored posters printed for your favorite entertainers. Then its off
to the production room where you’ll handle the tools of the trade to create
your own keepsake print.

Your next stop will be the Goo Goo Dessert Bar. The Goo Goo was the
world’s first combination candy bar and it has been synonymous with
Nashville since 1912. You will learn the story behind this revolutionary
confection while sampling a trio of the most popular flavors paired with
sampling of wine. Afterwards comes the real treat, a hands-on candy
making experience to create your very own take-home Goo-Goo.

Origins of the Opry
“Live from Nashville Tennessee, it’s the Grand Ole Opry” For nearly one-
hundred years those words have opened. The Opry has launched some of
the biggest careers in the genre and has played host to many unforgettable
moments.

At the Ryman Auditorium you will discover the fascinating history behind
the Opry’s first permanent home. This iconic building was constructed in
1892 and became home to the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 through 1974.
Next you will travel to the Grand Ole Opry House, a purpose-built facility
which has been the Opry’s home for almost fifty years, At both locations
you’ll get captivating behind the scenes stories of the longest running show
in history and access to backstage locations frequented by your favorite
Opry performers. For fans of country Music, this is the ultimate experience.
