Additional Needs
        The  items  below  are  needed  to  complete  the  proposed  event.  Hello!  Destination  Management  will  assist  in
        coordinating  these  items on  behalf of  client,  but  please  note that client  is responsible  for charges  levied  by the
        hotel/venue and its contracted providers. These rates are not controlled by Hello! Destination Management. Please
        contact your hotel/venue representative for estimated costs for electrical & rigging services, drayage, shipping and
        entertainment riders (i.e. electrical, staging, backline, sound, lighting, and green room with beverages and/or meals)

        Event Permits required by applicable county which may be needed for drape, risers, tents, balloons, fire performers,
        fire pits, pyro or fireworks. Additional fees may also be incurred for CAD drawings required upon submission for
        permit.

        Fine Points
        •   All costs are based on a four-hour event, unless otherwise noted.
        •   Entertainment pricing is based on a non-continuous performance unless otherwise noted.
        •   The Additional Needs above are contingent upon elements chosen from the proposal.
        •   Services that require hotel to bypass standard security procedures, including but not limited to haze, fog, fire
            performers and indoor use of vehicles are subject to hotel approval. Please check with your hotel representative
            before contracting services.
        •   For ice sculptures, the melting rate of the sculpture will vary based on the product size and temperature of the
            event location.
        •   Fire Permits and Fire watches for fire pits are required based on the style of the fire pit and venue location.
            Permitting fees apply and permit requests bust be submitted (3) weeks prior to event.
        •   For performances with fire, Special Effects Permits and Fire Watches are required. Permitting fees apply and
            permit requests must be submitted (6) weeks prior to event.
        •   Municipal  ordinances  regarding  noise,  road  closures,  permitting,  and  environmental  concerns  may  result  in
            additional charges.
        •   For most events, Hello! Destination Management requires a minimum of four hours to set-up and three hours to
            strike. Additional set-up and strike time may be required for certain events and locations.
        •   All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
