Why Not Just Turn Up The Volume?
For people with hearing loss, when listening to the television,
sometimes having a hearing aid is still not enough.
The fact is, when there is other background noise, the hearing aid will
amplify this just as much as sound that comes from the TV, resulting
is a harsh mixture of sounds in the hearing aid.
Of course, one solution is to turn up the TV, but this only results in
volume which is then uncomfortable for everyone else... possibly
including your next door neighbour.
