Infrared Systems...
TV Audio Delivered Direct To Your Hearing Aid
The solution we provide consists of a small infrared transmitter that
connects into your TV, and a small personal receiver. There is also a
small loop wire that you wear around your neck which is then
plugged into your receiver.
The infrared transmitter converts the TV audio into an infrared signal
and then sends it to your small personal infrared receiver.
When your hearing aid T-Coil is turned on it will then pick up the
audio signal radiated from the neck loop.
So you get to enjoy high quality TV audio direct to your
hearing aid.
As an alternative to the neck loop you can also use headphones
plugged into your personal receiver.
