  The algebraic form 7x – 5y + 2 consists of three terms is called a trinomial.

                     An algebraic form consisting of two terms is called a binomial, for example: 7x + 9 and
                       5b - 8.

                     Algebraic forms that consist of one term are called mononomials, for example: 2x and

                       4 .
                     Meanwhile, algebraic forms that have more than three terms are called polynomials

                       (many terms), for example: 5x4 - 2x2 + 2y – 7
