PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This resort golf community rests on 2100 acres with unobstructed mountain views in Wickenburg, Arizona. A Championship Golf Course runs throughout the development surrounded by 3100 homesites. Legacy performed a mid-year takeover in 2017 to realign the Sales and Marketing platform. This involved the integration of a team of 25 including senior leadership, operations and sales. This team was responsible for an annual business plan of 216 homes representing $104M in revenue. Legacy also repositioned the community’s product o ering by introducting two new builder partners who expanded the product diversity with semi-custom and lifestyle home o erings - providing something for everyone.
