David Camp is a 20-year veteran in the resort and destination real estate markets with direct involvement in 17 Master Resort properties including Ritz-Carton Grand Cayman, Hammock Beach on Florida’s Atlantic Coast and Ko Olina Hawaii. He carries with him experience in all functional roles; including Sales and Sales Leadership, Training, Marketing, Product Design, Master Planning, Entitlements and Go To Market Strategies. David brings a very peripheral approach to projects that helps link together all the functional roles under one common objective... making sales! Throughout his career he has generated over $1B in luxury real estate sales and successfully launched over 17 residential developments.
As the Vice President of Sales Strategy & Innovation, David oversees the entire Legacy International portfolio with concentrated efforts in Arizona and the Bahamas. David engages projects at an early stage, assimilates and defines product and brand opportunities, aligns the collective needs of the project, and takes the plan to market with a bang.
As a father of three daughters and a number of four-legged children, David maintains an active lifestyle in Lakeway, TX which he has called home for over 11 years.

Steven J. Guy is the Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing all Legacy responsibilities with specific oversight of the Legacy Communities assets. Steven is a corporate executive with over 25 years of management experience in sales, marketing, acquisitions, systems and processes and relationship team building. He has developed various release strategies in many different and challenging market conditions, as well as having refined acquisition proformas, absorption rates, marketing budgets and advertising plans for multi-family master planned communities and condominium regimes in over a dozen states, resulting in over $1.2 billion in gross revenues and 3000 + individual sales and closings.
Managing and executing at the highest level on a nationwide platform, Steven has served as the Vice President of Sales and Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for a Fortune 200 home builder and National Land Sales Company over the past 13 years. Exceeding proforma revenue estimates and building teams of sales professionals across the US has always been a benchmark for each and every project and community. In addition, identifying potential properties for purchase, implementing the acquisitions, market research, sales team hiring, training and day- to-day operations of multiple properties has provided key experience allowing for additional expertise across a very demanding career.
