Allan has over 25-years’ experience in sales and marketing management and has led the marketing efforts for a Fortune 200 home building company’s east coast second home division.
Allan’s experience in recreational real estate spans from world-renowned master planned ski properties to boutique coastal communities and his geographic reach is just as varied including: the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, and the pristine sands of Florida beaches, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Legacy East, Allan oversees a number of resort communities in the Minto real estate portfolio including Festival Resort, Harbour Isle, and One Particular Harbour Margaritaville. This role requires the leadership of the day-to-day sales effort, regular interface with Minto executives to develop and implement marketing initiatives, liaison with outside strategic partners, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional purchaser experiences, which are measured using Eliant solutions.
Allan’s primary home is in Orlando.
Ashley Rust
Senior Director of Marketing
An Austin, TX native, Ashley graduated with honors from Texas State University at San Marcos prior to beginning her career in new home residential marketing. Shortly after graduation, Ashley accepted a marketing position with Houston-based home builder and developer CastleRock Communities. As the first and only marketing employee for the company she gained valuable experience in a multitude of marketing functions including graphic design, contract negotiation, digital advertising and branding. This position provided the unique opportunity to build the marketing department from the ground up. Receiving very little training and being expected to perform at the highest level, Ashley quickly learned how to work independently and efficiently. During her time with CastleRock she redeveloped the full digital platform resulting in an increase of on-line traffic by 60% while simultaneously saving over 50% in digital marketing expenses.
After moving back to the Austin area, Ashley joined Legacy International as a Marketing Coordinator in March of 2016. Now as Senior Director of Marketing, she is responsible for the planning, design, and execution of all marketing functions for Legacy International and Legacy Communities. As the head of the growing Marketing Department Ashley is responsible for overseeing all marketing and business development operations including critical path development and implementation, brand management, budget analysis, print and digital design, campaign creation and team execution. Working alongside an incredible team of talented professionals, Ashley’s impressive work ethic and passion for real estate led her being named the 2019 Marketing Professional of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Austin.
