There will be a large display of special cars of all types as well as rare and unique classic vehicles.
Trophies will be presented at 12.00 noon for the following categories:
• Best Car in Show: 1st & 2nd x runners up
• Best Motorcycle in Show
• Peoples’Choice
• Prize for one lucky Peoples’ Choice entry
(All cars and motorcycles are expected to stay in place until after Trophy Presentation)
We encourage all RCC members to be part of this day and make it a huge success.
Entry is open to all Roadrunner Car Club members, and others by invitation only.
All makes and models of car and motorcycles are welcome.
Breakfast from 8.00am and a sausage sizzle for lunch will be provided by the Tewantin Noosa Lions Club. Coffee and Ice-creams will also be on site.
Raffle to be organised by Katie Rose Cottage Hospice.
This will be a fun day with
a ‘picnic atmosphere’
so bring along your chairs and hampers.
Gerry's Porsche 997.2 Cup Car
Gerry Murphy Racing will be selling tickets to win ‘hot laps’ including one of his race cars that will be displayed on the day.
There are only 600 tickets at $15 each and there will be 3 winners. Winners will attend QR on the 14th December and move their way through hot laps in each of the cars. It will consist of an out lap, 2 x hot laps and a cool down.
Hot laps at Queensland Raceway in three of Germany’s finest. 1. The Bathurst winning BMW M3 driven by the Bathurst Champion, Beric Lynton 2. The thumping C63 sledgehammer known as “Blitzkreig”, currently contesting the Qld Production Car Championship and piloted by Anthony Levitt 3. The Porsche GT3 Cup Car, previously raced in the Italian Porsche Cup and currently in the Qld Production Sports Car Championship, driven by Gerry.
All ticket sales proceeds will also go to the Katie Rose Cottage Hospice.
