We joined a large gathering of members already enjoying a BBQ lunch by the lagoon in the manicured grounds of our host Darcy Tredrea. Darcy’s place has a commanding view over picturesque countryside with a concrete driveway winding up to the house that no doubt made Borals shares skyrocket.
Some of us had a sneak peak at his motorcycle collection which was very impressive with the AJS restoration being simply stunning.
A very big thanks to Will Johns and Darcy for organising the run and BBQ – very much appreciated by all who attended. Two members managed to take home prizes after answering the run sheet questions correctly. They were Michel and Nicole Rety, and David and Joan Bruce: very well done!
