JUNE MORNING TEA AT PEREGIAN SPRINGS
The miserable weather was perfect for a coffee and chat at the Pool Café.
There was a long table of 20 men seated outside under cover, and 14 women were seated inside, and there was much talking and laughter going on at both tables.
There was the usual banter between the men and women as to who had the most intelligent conversations, and naturally the women won the argument!
At one stage it looked like no-one was going to leave, and we would be staying on for lunch, but eventually we left after a very enjoyable morning.
Our next monthly Handbrakes morning tea will be held on Friday 23rd July at Fairhill Native Botanic Gardens and Nursery, 114 Fairhill Road, Ninderry, Yandina.
Watch out for the sign on the left-hand side of the road – and be aware that there is about 70m of gravel drive.
