1. Cyril is calling Jenny, his secretary to tell her that the general manager from main
ofice, Mr Yahya Situmorang, is coming next week. They are planning how to treat
him well so that he will not be disappointed with their service. Cyril is asking Jenny

for her suggestion about the hotel, the restaurant for dinner and some souvenirs
they will give.

2. A friend from America has never been to Indonesia before. He is calling you from
America and asking for some suggestions. These are your suggested subjects: clothes
and personal belongings, weather/customs/table manners/hotel/food and drink.

3. Your sister/brother has graduated from senior high school. It’s time for her/him to
goto higher education, but he/she is still confused about choosing the appropriate

programme. He/she asks for your suggestions. This includes the programme/the job
field/length of study and tuition fee.
