PIERCE BROWN
It’s undisputable that Pierce Brown has the speed to perform at the highest level of the amateur motocross ranks. The Troy Lee Designs / Red Bull / KTM rider has always shown flash- es of speed throughout his career, but he lacked the consistency to put it altogether. The Utah native has taken on the 2017 season with a newly formulated approach more focused
on consistency and it’s hard to argue against his strategy. Between Oak Hill, the JS7 Freestone Spring Championship, and the California Classic; Brown racked up thirteen overall podiums, including three number one plates. In addition to his exceptional results throughout the year thus far, he already has a pair of Loretta Lynn’s Championships to his name
-- the most recent being in 2015 in the Mini Sr. 2 (12-14) class. Things are headed in the right direction for the Utah native heading to the Ranch this year after he put together a trio of second place finishes at regionals, therefore sending him to Tennessee with a rising level of confidence. Brown will be aiming to add to his already impressive tally of championships after narrowly missing out in both classes at the thirty-fifth running of Loretta Lynn’s last year.
