Pierce Brown is looking to build off a breakout year in 2015 where he took first place in the Supermini 1 class at Mini-O’s as well as the Loretta Lynn’s Title in Mini Sr. 2. If that wasn’t enough, he earned the KTM Hard Charger Award at Loretta Lynn’s. That isn’t necessarily anything special on paper, but anyone who has ever experienced the sweltering Mid-West heat in August coupled with the grueling track conditions of the Ranch understands the prestige of that award. Coming off a string of podium results, including a 1st, at the Florida Winter Amateur Series, Brown was ready to do battle going into the Daytona RCSX.
