TONI ELIAS : MOTUL SUPERBIKE
He zig-zagged from the outside of the track to the inside as he slid his Yoshimura Suzuki up the inside of Jake Lewis and Cameron Beaubier, immediately securing second position behind his teammate. Elias led the charge for the next couple of laps as a battled raged behind him for the final spot on the podium, attempting to close the gap to Hayden throughout the early stages of the race. He fought against the bucking and weaving of his Suzuki as he became involved in a closely contested battle with Cameron Beaubier. Beaubier snuck past in the final corner and immediately mounted a charge towards Hayden
in the lead and Elias hitched along for the ride. The two of them closed the gap within just one lap and
it became a three-way scrap for the lead with more than half of the race to go. Beaubier made a move towards the lead and Elias followed him through one lap later, doing his best to keep the YZF-R1 within
