MITCHELL FALK
Mitchell Falk has always maintained a certain level of relevance in the amateur motocross community, but his presence has never been more apparent than in recent years. The California native began to make waves in 2014 while riding a Supermini, most notably winning the Monster Energy Cup. The following year he proceeded to finish on the podium
in the Schoolboy 1 class at the Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Championship and he has continued to make strides to- wards the professional ranks ever since. The Orange Brigade backed rider missed most of the 2017 season due to an injury sustained at the Georgia Dome in Febru- ary, but he was able to return to winning ways before the end of the calendar year at Mini O’s, claiming a number one plate in both Supercross and Motocross. Falk started the new year by contesting both west coast Monster Energy Amateur Su- percross races and it looked as though he never missed a beat, earning three out of four main event wins in the A class.
JORDAN BAILEY
Jordan Bailey is one of the few riders that has managed to stay competi- tive from his time in the 51cc (4-6) class all the way to his graduation to the A class. The rider out of Orlando, Florida has accumulated seven Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Championships throughout his ca- reer, most recently sweeping both of his classes in 2016 as a part of his farewell party for Team Green Ka- wasaki. Bailey has since joined the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna outfit and he didn’t find immediate suc- cess with the new team, but things really began to take shape in the final stages of 2017. The Floridian earned a second place overall in the 250 A class at the Ranch and won his first national title as a part of the new team at the Thor Winter Olym- pics. Bailey started off the new year earning his Road to SX points in the AMSOIL Arenacross series, scoring a couple of solid finishes that will set him up nicely for spring nationals.
