EMILE LACHER
Being a Floridian resident, you could immediately tell that Emile Lacher
felt at home in the sands of Daytona, for the RC Amateur SX. Carving far and wide throughout multiple laps of practice, his creative line choice was just a bit different. He had something up his sleeve, reiterating his notion
of being elite in the 65cc (7-9) main event. It was here that a second place would prove the third of the qualify- ing round was no rare occurrence.
As he crossed the finish, a subtle fist pump would be presented, flexing at those who leaned over the fence line to shake his hand. He stood atop the podium, grinning from ear to ear, all the while letting the competition know, he would be a serious contender to deal with. He plans on continuing
his streak of speed throughout the remaining months of the year, making sure everyone in attendance knows his name.
BRAYDAN COMERFORD
Braydan Comerford is becoming a household name with each pass- ing month. Every race, regardless of size or magnitude, he’s giving his best effort, and yearning for
the front. Finishing a hair outside the top ten in Daytona, with an eleventh, he knew he could better himself in the races to come. It was though a spark had been lit, as he absolutely blistered the “Spring a Ding Ding” race at Underground MX; sweeping both 51cc (4-6) classes, with four moto wins. He and the event seemed to be the perfect match for one another, as the track was just to his liking. He would then travel down the road
to Freestone, where he would add another number one to the tally sheet; claiming a one-one score in the (4-6) Special Limited class, he would head back home to Florida with a stack of number one plates. And the scary thing is, it’s just made him hungrier for more.
