“Nasty” Nate Hummel is known for terrorizing any course, that he respec- tively chooses to lay tire tread on. A true slasher and aggressor for speed, he came into the spectacular Spring A Ding Ding event, looking to make his presence known. He would do just that, with overall finishes of fifth and third, even taking two-second place finishes, in multiple motos. His road to glory wouldn’t stop their however, as his consistency shined in the Free- stone championship. The 65cc (7-9) limited class, provided a platform
of multiple motos, where he would finish a strong fourth in each. With an absolutely stacked class of talent, the flip-flopping of others, would provide him with an exceptional second place overall finish. The trophy never looked so good, as it embodied all he had worked for up until the point. He wants more of it from here on out, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store.

FAPPANI
The Arizona Wildcat of Jeremy Fappani dashed through the desert, in order to arrive at Underground MX for the Spring A Ding Ding event. Never the one to be tired, he immediately hopped on he line, and blitzed each particular gate drop he was behind. In all honesty, he was one of the most consistent riders at the event, taking home fifth, third, and fourth over- alls. There’s not much else you can ask for, as you can tell his effort was in full force. He then headed down the road,
to the world-renowned Freestone MX Championship, where he and the silver medal would seemingly attract. Linked at the hip, second place finishes would be earned in both motos of the 65cc (10-11) limited division. With second overall
in the bag, his mind would race to the thought of accumulating more trophies, and a plethora of podiums. He seems to have the racing community at the palm of his hand, and plans on setting a serious tone at any event he chooses to attend.
