>> Drew Adams shot his Cobra out to an early lead as the #300 machine grabbed the holeshot ahead of Kade John- son. Midway through the opening lap, Landen Gordon was able to work his way into 2nd position past Johnson and set his sights on Adams in the lead. The two of them separated themselves from their competitors as the battle between them began to heat up. Johnson was determined not to let them get away as he set the super fast times, but the gap between himself and the leaders may have grew too large at the beginning of the race. The time between them remained the same over the final lap as Adams was able to claim the checkered flag after leading the race in it’s entirety. The vic- tory was enough for him to win the championship ahead of Johnson and Gordon on the overall podium.
