The North Course consists of almost fifteen hundred feet of elevation with the most no- table grade being from turn seven all the way to turn fourteen, leading into the famed roller coaster section. Although the track has many tight sections that are tough to pass in, the elevation and the technical nature of the circuit always provide close racing for the fans.
Now that the 2017 MotoAmerica season is in full swing with races completed in every class, the third round of action at VIR will start to provide an idea of who is going to be able to fight for the win week in and week out and who is going to struggle with consistency as the championship battles heat up...
