a second place in the first Open Pro Sport moto where he battled back from a mediocre start. Although he engaged in some incredibly entertaining battles with Ramyller Alves and Carter Halpain throughout the weekend, it’s safe to say that Stack was the cream of the crop in the A class due to his nearly flawless results every time he hit the track. Not only did the Missouri native win five out of his six motos, but he also set the fastest lap in every race that he won, more often than not in the late stages of the race. The second 250 A moto was a particularly intriguing affair between Stack and his EBR Yamaha teammate, Alves, as the two of them diced it up for the first four laps of the race. At one point, they remained side by side for practically half of a lap, scrubbing in synchronicity as they desperately attempted to eek out an advantage. It was Stack’s late race pace that eventually separated him from the Floridian, proving his fitness on multiple occasions throughout the weekend. After sweeping the 250 All-Star A/B class and taking both titles in the A class, Stack will definitely be a force to be reckoned with heading into Mini-O’s as he looks to continue building his confidence heading into 2018.
