KYLE CUNNINGHAM
WONDERGOAT
Kyle cunningham had it all figured out and was committed to a solid team to ride a 450 for the entire 2016 season. unexpectedly, Kyle was left without a ride coming into the season and his future was uncertain. major sponsor problems were the cause of the solid 450 deal slipping right out of the Texas native’s hands. Kyle was able to make the relatively easy transition back
down to the smaller bike and was able to get into the top ten early this season. Kyle was able to finish in the top ten at 4 of the first 6 west coast rounds. He then made the jump to the 450 and was even able to slide into the top 15 at the rough and tight track of Daytona. The 450 class reached up and bit Kyle and he ended up fracturing his wrist. He missed the next round but was able to come back and finish a strong 12th in Santa Clara despite a broken wrist. Unfortunately the pain has reached the tipping point for the #45 and he will take these next few rounds off to heal up. Cunningham should be back for Las Vegas to finish the season on a high note.
