TREY CANARD
IMAGE/JACKEDWARDS
It’s hard to find anyone that has been through more ups and downs then Factory Honda’s own Trey Canard. The plethora of injuries he has had throughout his fine career would break the will of the average man. But Canard always returns stronger and just as great as ever. We’ve seen that he has the speed to win races and contend for championships but that inconsistency with staying healthy has
been his Achilles heel. Last year in 2015 he was a going to be a favorite for the title after dominating the final two rounds of the series in 2014 but a Supercross injury kept him from joining the series until late in the summer. Even then he still spun some quick laps and made a few appearances on the podium. After a solid but quiet 2016 Supercross season, Canard is hoping to find his stride again outdoors. He kicked off in Hangtown with 7-5 moto scores after a few falls and subpar starts. His speed was there and if he gets a start this weekend at Glen Helen he can steal a win.
