JASON ANDERSON
IMAGE/JACKEDWARDS
There is no doubt that Jason Anderson has always had the talent to be great. After a very successful amateur career, Jason struggled his freshman year in the pro ranks. It seemed things were not going his way, Jason took a break, refreshed his motives, and was able to re-spark his desire deep within. Jason came out strong for the next few seasons and proved
himself to be deserving of the spot he had on his team. He turned pro riding under the Rockstar Suzuki tent in 2011 and is still riding for the same team now in 2016, which is now of course Rockstar Husqvarna. This comradery is not found frequently in the pits at any pro race but it is definitely one of the keys to Jason’s success. So far this year, El Hombre surprised many people aboard the Husqvarna with many breakout performances in the premier class in Supercross and it should only be a matter of time before he is back on the top step of the podium. Jason now as everyone knows, trains alongside SX and MX champ Ryan Dungey with their trainer Aldon Baker. Every week they push each other more and more which in turn is raising the bar for the entire motocross community. Jason was able to get on the podium in the second moto last weekend in Hangtown and will undoubtedly be a threat all season long.
