Having placed 2nd last year at Glen Helen, also round two of the outdoor nationals, Justin Hill should have a lot of confidence coming into the famous southern California confines. With youngest of the Hill brothers, it’s not about the speed or style that’s needed to bounce back from last weekend’s
dismal 17th place finish, it’s health and confidence. Having contended in Supercross but missing rounds as a result of a head injury suffered in Detroit, Hill has had to battle the odds in his championship hunt during his relatively short career. Despite the setbacks, It’s clear that Justin has the required tools to give the blue crew of Webb and Martin a run for their money but for some reason, consistency continues to be a prime issue. On arguably the harshest circuit of the 2016 tour, Glen Helen gives the #36 KTM of Hill a second go at making this year’s championship a possibility.
