The glistening red canvas of the number one plate is back and in familiar territory for the 2016 250 AMA Motocross Championship. To many, the red symbolizes fear; competitors shake and second-glance when the color is in their foreground, as thoughts began to appear and doubt enters into their minds.It diminishes their bit of confidence, makes them question themselves,
and asks if they truly believe they can fend off an engulfment of red flame. But to one, the beholder however, it stands for strength, and a presence of authority, reigning over anyone else in the division.A matador of sorts, the number one shakes the red plate at all who are near, hoping to provoke emotion and mistakes to the bulls that surround him.The red triggering instability in 39 others, but for him, a plethora of charisma, knowing he’s the man atop the podium.
