#79 Nicholas Schmidt- It was a long night for Schmidt who had to go through ev- ery race to put himself in the main event. Nick would get a good start in his heat race but was dropped to 10th place on the first lap and would eventually finish in
9th. Schmidt was in a qualifying position in his semi but got knocked out of the position by the hard charging Hahn brothers on lap 2, he would finish 7th. In his LCQ Nick would get a mid pack start and work hard to get
himself into a qualifying spot, battling with Weimer and Clason.
