out to be somewhat of a mirror image of the Supermini 1 showdown with Ryder D -- Reynolds started the race in second place with his Kawasaki teammate just ahead of him, but he quickly made the move for the lead on the second lap and never looked back. The two of them were engulfed in a tightly con- tested battle for the lead throughout the remainder of the race, but Reynolds was not going to be denied his second title of the weekend as he shot across the finish line jump merely .6 seconds ahead of his closest rival. Despite the time away from racing, it was business as usual for Jett Reynolds inside State Farm Stadium as the Team Green Kawasaki prodigy put himself on the top step of the podium in both Supermini classes, doing exactly what he’s expected to do and making it look easy.
