The Kawasaki rider showed up to State Farm Stadium for the in- augural Supercross Futures event with his sights set on Supermini domination. He was the class of the field throughout practice as his effortless yet aggressive nature put him at the forefront of the competition, drawing a plethora of attention to himself with his signature style on the track.
In the Supermini 1 class, Reynolds executed an exceptional start in his heat race and propelled himself straight to the front of the field ahead of Talon Hawkins, utilizing composed and collected riding to maintain the lead for the entirety of the four laps. Reynolds resisted some pressure from the Husqvarna rider and ended up greeting the checkered flag with only one second and a half between them, but he got the job done with the heat race win and earned himself an optimal gate
