Eli Tomac is more than likely going to be a threat for wins for many years to come in American Motocross. The Coloradan has stepped up in the last couple years and is one of the few that continue to raise the bar. Eli, and current points leader, Roczen, seem to be in a league of their own this summer as they are the only
riders to win motos since Dungey was injured. Eli is doing everything he can to beat his nemesis week to week, but hasn’t been able to do it since Washougal, nearly a month ago. He will be chomping at the bit to get back to the top step of the podium as
the season comes to a close. Eli will have four more chances to beat Ken and must win all four if he wants any hope at winning the championship. Stranger things have happened and in the sport of motocross, everything can change in the blink of an eye. It should be an interesting close to the 2016 season.
