The main event was soon approaching and the #604 was keen on another top 10 finish. The jump
off the gate wasn’t there but Kilroy put his skill to the test and made his way into the top 10 at the midway point and finished out in 7th. Two consistent top 10 finishes were enough for 8th overall in the Supermini 2 (13-16) class at Mammoth. Look for Preston to work on his starts as he had to come from behind in most of his races. The kid has the speed and talent, he just needs to start up front with the regular front runners of the class.
