JAKE LEWIS IS ONE OF
MANY KENTUCKIANS
The twenty-one year old made his debut
in the Superbike Championship in 2015 in congruence with the inaugural year of Mo- toAmerica competition after signing a two-year contract with the Yo- shimura Suzuki team. He fought his way to
a fourth place finish in the points standings
by the end of the year and earned the title of Superbike Rookie of the Year in the process. Unfortunately, Lewis suffered an off-season injury before the 2016 season that forced him out of the Yoshimura Suzuki pit, transporting him to the M4 Suzuki team in the Superstock 1000 class. The Ken- tucky native is returning to the team for the 2017 season where he will challenge for the Super- stock 1000 title with full fitness on his side. >>
