match the pace of the number 91, but the 1:56 laid down by the Virginia native on lap number two, was something that no one else in the field could touch. The running order at the checkered flag would go as fol- lows: Orion Gregory first, Gage Stine second, and Ethan Mann, third. For the second com- ing, it would be Jarrett Frye and Ty Masterpool, who agreed to the 1:56 of heat number one’s Gregory, but deciding to lower the bar an extra two seconds. These two guys truly never let off of the pipe, leaving all ef- fort on the track. Frye’s start would be the differ- ence maker, however, as Masterpool couldn’t seem to whisk up a line creative enough, to get around the number 34. He would get another chance though in the main, as Frye would go on to take first, Master- pool second, and Kniff- ing third. Frye would be the man in charge for the runoff, taking the holeshot, and dropping the pace to a ridiculous 1:51! Cullin Park, sec- ond, was charging down the straightaway, and glancing town at his gas tank, shaking his head in disbelief. No one could touch the number 34 of Frye, as he would go on to lead every lap in the process, taking home the title of cham- pion. Although Park, and Gregory would go two- three for this particular moto, this was Frye’s time to shine.
