ZACH OSBORNE
Zach Osborne has slid under the radar with some very strong rides during the last two seasons. The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna 250 rider enjoyed a pretty successful 2016 supercross season but it was overshadowed by the championship duel between Joey Savatgy and Cooper Webb. He podiumed at five of the rounds and would have been near the front of the title chase if it was not for an unfortunate DNF in Glendale. He finished the year strong with an impressive second
place in the East/West shootout in Vegas setting him up for the outdoors. So far at the first two rounds of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross championship Osborne has sincerely struggled with his starts. He has been coming from behind in every moto so far and they have really been holding him back. He did show he still has the ability to contend after a very fast comeback to fourth in the second moto at Hangtown. Last season Osborne also struggled at the first two rounds and then broke through at Thunder Valley with a second overall. Can he do it again this year?
