DAVI MILLSAPS
Davi Millsaps was on a roll coming into the Daytona SX. Everything seemed to be clicking
for the BTO Sports KTM rider. Topping his finishes the past two weekends, Davi has established himself as a top five rider. He was having another impressive ride in Daytona sitting comfortably in 6th place when he suddenly had a big crash in the whoops with only one lap to go. Davi sustained three broken ribs and a severely bruised and partially collapsed lung. This is a heartbreak for Davi and the team as he has been coming on strong lately and was due for a podium finish. At this time there is no telling when his return will be.
