>> Ezekiel Elliot was one of the hottest commodities in the 2016
NFL Draft; a deadly running back out of Ohio State, a prospect with jaw dropping speed, agility, and hurdling ability, along with all of the intangibles you would want in a first round draft pick. The hype never faltered throughout the season once he was signed, reassuring the team that he was worthy of all the praise. And in Supercross, Justin Hoeft is in a similar role, a young fellow built up with amateur hype, willing to do whatever to prove his worth on the floor’s professional stadiums everywhere. Dallas was the perfect place to plead his case, as the western series was winding down, he knew he had to make
a mark of some sort. Banging through the gearbox down the start straight, the pack almost cluttered into a dense mass, stagnating through the opening rhythm lanes as the pack tried to sort themselves out. His short stature caused the propel to be great, but a sandwich- ing effect had him teeter-tottering on the lines of tuff blocks that rounded the course; but as always, his throttle hand remained twisted to the hilt, and the 244 was pushing his way to the front. Clicking
his way into the 51 second lap range, he found a rather quick line through the second of the two whoop sections; seemingly putting his front end into the beginning the deep ravine that ran directly through the entirety of the section. Although an unorthodox choice, it would allow him to stay ahead of riders such as AJ Catanzaro, and Killian Auberson. All in all, as he would round the finish line corner for the last time, he would reside in a very respectable 13th place finish.
