PAUL COATES
Paul Coates has had a long journey to get where he is today. His journey began in England where he was raised and introduced to Dirtbikes. When Paul’s speed began to increase, it came to a point where a trip across the pond was necessary. It was 2009 when Paul came to America and he began training at Millsaps Training Facility. By 2011, things were starting to click for Coates and he was able to win titles
at the Mini Olympics and even win a moto at Loretta Lynn’s. Paul eventually turned pro in 2014 and traveled all over for races. He even raced some GP’s before eventually landing back in America and is now contesting in the 250 East Coast series. He has impressed many by breaking into the top ten on 3 separate occasions this season. Despite the success, he is still riding as a privateer with little help and unfortunately, that’s how the sport is these days. Paul will continue to put in good results and hopefully be apporoached by some teams for next season.
