A reminder (in case you have forgotten) and need to prepare for cycling in a group:

The Ten Commandments
of the Whitehorse Cyclists Inc.
Thou shall arrive at the start 10 minutes early.

Thou shall obey all road and bike path rules.

Thou shall obey all Club Safety Rules – website.
Thou shall ride behind the leaders and in front of the Whip.
Thou shall keep visuals on the rider in front and behind – mirror.

Thou shall alert riders loudly if stopping or slowing suddenly.
Thou shall anticipate all hills and obstacles with the correct gear.

Thou shall not stop the group to answer a phone call.
Thou shall carry a spare tube and the equipment to change it.
Thou shall inform the Whip or Leader when leaving the ride
