OUR HISTORY

1988

First job undertaken was the delivery of a
compressor to Mbabane, Swaziland,
personally by Rob Lovemore in an Isuzu 1989
JCR500 Crane Truck
The company was registered for
operations in Jacobs, Durban
1990

Premises were purchased in
Prospecton. Lovemore Bros fleet now
consisted of 5 crane trucks 1994

Fleet of crane trucks was 7 strong,
along with 2 Isuzu bakkies, 2
1995 drawbar trailers and a forklift

Premises were purchased in New
Germany and the company relocated.
Workshop, stores and ablution block were 1996
built and the existing offices renovated The first 8 x 4 truck with heavy duty

cranes were acquired, enabling
2005 expansion into the heavy lifting industry

Expansion to Johannesburg and
premises leased on East Rand as a
turnaround depot 2014
Expansion to Richards Bay and leased
premises in the port IDZ
2016

Launch of full branch operations in
Johannesburg
2018
