All of them completed the task to a very high standard indeed but the judges were unanimous in choosing Ashley Harris of Sims & Blue from Dunedin as Apprentice of the Year.
The other three finalists were: Christine Scott of Precision Painting in Motueka; Tommy Wilson of Silver Fern Painting in Wellington; and Keisha Whaitiri-White of Gisborne’s Decorators Collective.
Plans for the Master Painters Association’s 2023 conference are already well underway we hear, with Auckland now confirmed as the host city.
