New Zealand-made chippers, the team at Hansa has seen significant growth, with no less than six new members added to the production team in the last three months to keep up with demand and taking the total Hansa team to more than 40.
The company says: “One of the key pillars when it comes to maintaining our reputation for product quality is the service support. Parts, servicing and repairs should be quick and accessible, which is why Hansa has developed two new roles.”
In these new positions, Hansa has welcomed Andrew Franks as Service Manager and Mark Cotes (photo right) in the new role of Parts Procurement Coordinator.
Part of Hansa’s service support for the last five years, Andrew’s promotion to the new role “reflects Hansa’s continued commitment to providing top service for our commercial customers, give a solid foundation for continued growth in the team and dedication to provide support for Hansa’s dealers and service agents throughout New Zealand.”
Bridging the gap between logistics, service and customer support is Parts Procurement Coordinator Mark Cotes.
“While he is a new addition to the Hansa team, Mark brings with him over 25 years’ experience in purchasing and inventory control, and we are excited to have him on board,” says Hansa.
