Praise the authors pray to Allah SWT who has given strength to the author to complete
teaching materials. Also say salawat and greetings, hopefully they will always be poured out
on the Great Prophet Muhammad SAW, because of his blessings, we are able to get out of
darkness towards a brighter path.

Our gratitude also goes to those who supported the smooth running of this teaching material
starting from the writing process, namely our parents, our colleagues, and many more that we
cannot mention one by one.

The module entitled College Academic Writing is inspired by the need for student learning
materials for essay writing courses that are applicable, informative, comprehensive, full of
benefits and easy to explore. Hopefully with the presence of this module, the writing
competence of readers (users of this module), especially in English, can increase and be
qualified.
This teaching material is an e-learning learning module that presents electronic-based content

using the LMS (Learning Management System). The teaching materials have been stored in
the learning management system. (LMS) so that students can run it anytime and anywhere. In
addition, a web base learning application designed according to the needs of students is
equipped with e-moderating facilities such as audio, visual, video, and web cam features that
help students to communicate directly using PCs, laptops, tablets or cellphones that are
connected to the internet. connected to the internet network.
In this teaching material, it is written how important the management information system is
and also how the material presented is relevant to the course on management information
systems which is an alternative guide for students and lecturers who are taking the study.

With the presence of this teaching material, helping in the delivery of information will be more
easily understood, digested, and accepted by readers. In addition, the use of this teaching
material is independent and utilizes a study schedule that can be viewed on a computer, and
provides facilities that can be accessed by teachers and students/students personally.

The writer personally great to write this foreword for the book. I’m convinced that the book,
both by its content and arrangement, can help college students learn to write easier. By reading
this module and doing all the guided exercises, the students will find themselves enjoy writing.
In the end, as soon as they complete their studies, they will master the skills in writing various
kinds of texts, particularly those which are commonly needed.
